We hope you are all ready for Christmas and coping with the wintry weather.Everything came to a stop last week when we were hit with an unusually heavy (for Cornwall) fall of snow. Children were trapped in their schools in some parts - how frustrating that must have been to not be able to go out and play in it. By the next day most of it had gone!!
I have just lit the woodburner in the office but would you believe, amidst all the cold weather and festive preparations Joy is designing a summer Beach Scene ready for next seasons influx of visitors to Cornwall.
Two weeks ago Joy flew to Barcelona for a belated honeymoon (and to see Coldpay!) and whilst flying over France, it occured to her that a number of Cottage Needlecrafts Kits were down below in houses somewhere.The reality of our achievments hit home once again.
Joy & I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their support during our first year of trading. We have received a lot of encouraging comments which have kept us going and spurred us on to expand our range of products.
We would like to wish you and your famlies a very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
